Antica Osteria del Ponte was awarded two forks in the Fine Dining category for the third consecutive year in the Tokyo edition (2025 edition) of "The World's Top Italian Restaurants," the seventh edition of Gambero Rosso's digital guide to rating Italian restaurants worldwide, on Tuesday, October 29, 2024!
On the same day, the 14 restaurants selected for the guide were announced and presented with their certificates at an awards ceremony at The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo, where Mr. Francesco Tricoli, Director of Tricoli, presented the certificates.

It is a prestigious certification initiated by the Federation of Italian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Italian Federation of Public Management, and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan to recognize the quality of Italian restaurants around the world that offer the same high quality of service and cuisine as those in Italy.
What are the conditions for obtaining an MOI?
The basic characteristics of Italian cuisine must be present.
The use of authentic Italian ingredients and cooking methods.
The restaurant should have an atmosphere that correctly reflects the "Italian way of life.
