[Chef. Santin's special mineral water]
Chef Santin of the main restaurant in Milan, Italy. Santin offers a selection of Italian natural mineral water that he carefully selects for its compatibility with his cuisine.
Carbonated water [S.Pellegrino].
S.Pellegrino's home is in Lombardy, northern Italy. It is sparkling water from a 400m underground formation in the Brembana valley at the foot of the Italian Alps.
The water source is called "San Pellegrino Terme," and as the name [Terme], meaning hot spring, is attached to it, the area has prospered as a spa town since ancient times.
Non-carbonated water [Aqua Panna
This non-foaming mineral water is collected in Scarperia, Tuscany, Central Italy. The source of the water was originally a Medici estate, which is now a nature preserve.
It is said to be light and stable on the palate and enhances the delicate flavors of food and wine.
We usually serve only mineral water and charge for it.
