Sangiovese 100% Alcohol 15%vol

Limestone and potassium-rich clay, southwest-facing slopes in the Venna del Gesso area of Romagna. Harvesting takes place at the end of September by hand. Fermentation in stainless steel and one year in cement tanks.

The bottles are then aged at a depth of 25 to 30 meters below the sea floor at a constant temperature (10°C to 13°C).

Mature rehabilitation periods vary from a minimum of 6 months to 12 or 18 months based on marine conditions.

Production of only 3,500 bottles per year

Ruby with purplish tints. Bouquet reminiscent of violets and red fruits. Dry and harmonious, with slight tannins and a pleasant bitter finish.

It goes well with Bolognese ragout, grilled and braised red meat, and gibier.

Alcohol restrictions from Monday, June 21 to Sunday, July 11

Alcohol served until 7pm. Time limit 90 minutes.
Number of persons: Alcohol can be served for reservations of up to 2 persons per couple; alcohol cannot be served for reservations of 3 or more persons.
We also recommend a maximum of 6 persons for a dinner party.

In the event of cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee of the selected course per person will be charged as follows If you are 30 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
