Although there is still no sign of recovery, our staff is doing its utmost to prevent infections and provide hospitality to our customers!

Now today's dish is crema catalana. We have kumquat jam, pistachio crumble cookies, candied pistachios, yogurt mousse, yogurt sorbet, and orange and spice cream. The cream is caramelized with brown sugar called casonade to finish the dish!

Pandepis, a blend of cinnamon, cardamom, mace, star anise, ginger, and clove spices, is used as an accent, and its aroma through the nose goes well with the orange, enhancing the acidity of the yogurt and the texture of the pistachios!
