Today I would like to introduce cassata, a dessert served at Speciale!
Pistachio dacquoise topped with ricotta cheese mousse summer orange and yuzu jelly, apricot mousse coated with pistachio glaze, Mielizia Mielizia Italian acacia organic honey and lime sauce, shaved chocolate and pistachios, The mousse is a cassata creation, garnished with kumquat!
The deep flavor of ricotta cheese and citrus fruits make this dish refreshing and summery!
Pistachios, the queen of nuts, are used to their fullest in this luxurious dessert!

Seat-only reservation Lunch time: 8,000 yen (tax included)/person Dinner time: 25,000 yen (tax included)/person

In case of a change in the number of guests, it will be the same as in the dining room.
Cancellation of entire private room
From 6 days before to the day before the course→50% of the course fee
On the day of the course → 100% of the course fee
