The wine is made from 100% top-quality Chardonnay grapes from our own sunny vineyards (400-700 meters above sea level) in the hills of Trento, and undergoes a long 104 months of aging on lees using the metodo classico method (secondary fermentation in the bottle).

The Perle series of spumante expresses the maximum potential for long aging, offering exquisite elegance, harmony and depth of flavor.

In response to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's priority measures to prevent the spread of the disease, we have decided to set our business hours as follows

Lunch 11:30-15:00(L.O.14:00)
Dinner17:30-21:00(L.O.19:00)
L.O. for alcoholic beverages is 20:00.
The period is until Sunday, February 13.

As a general rule, the maximum number of guests per table is 4. However, this limit will not apply if you can provide negative proof such as antigen tests for all guests.
