Desserts with jasmine that remind us of autumn
The fall season is a time for porcini mushrooms and jasmine.
After the heat wave, the air has turned autumnal and clouds are decorating the sky.
Porcini mushrooms have arrived from Italy and the porcini mushroom course has begun.
This time, we would like to introduce our dessert "Dolce".
This dolce is made with jasmine using only the still tender tips.
The aroma gently fills the mouth, and is combined with cream and gelato, and refreshingly sour yogurt mousse with bergamot. The dolce is accented with the acidity of the bergamot cream, together with the refreshingly crispy shine muscat.
