Wine cellar standing at the entrance

On the way from the entrance hall, which is part of a 140-year-old aristocratic mansion, to the dining floor, you will be welcomed by one of the most well-stocked wine cellars in Tokyo.

You will see a wine cellar that looks like an album of each bottle of wine that has spent a long time in the cellar.

At any given time, approximately 10,000 bottles of several hundred varieties of wine are stored by the sommelier, waiting to be awakened when the time comes for you to meet them.
