Sangiovese 70% Cabernet Sauvignon 30%
A luminous ruby color. The nose is marked by a very pleasant complexity, ranging from licorice and quinina notes to small balsamic nuances of spicy intensity related to plums and cherries. In the mouth, the wine is silky, smooth and dense, with a good balance between alcohol and acidity. And it continues with great length on the finish.
It can be served with dishes such as roast venison with berry sauce, pecorino di pienza, roast beef, braised wild boar, or on its own.
This wine is available by the bottle or by the glass with a colavin.
