Chateau-Latour - Chateau-Latour 1983

[With porcini mushrooms, Italy's autumn delicacy.
One of the five major chateaus representing French and world wine producers, it is one of the chateaus with the technology to produce stable wines that are almost unaffected by climate.
It is sometimes referred to as a masculine red wine because of its thick body that comes from a long period of aging. Latour's greatest appeal lies in its rich aromas of red and black fruits such as berries, caramel and roasted nuts, and its strong tannins that blend with its delicious flavor.
We recommend pairing it with dishes using porcini mushrooms, which are in season from now on.
Cabernet-Sauvignon 75%, Merlot 20%, Cabernet-Franc 4%, Petit Verdot 1%
